Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. **Job Description** =================== **Key Responsibilities** * Responsible for semiconductor design and engineering, and for the design, development, modification, and evaluation of electronic parts, components, or integrated circuits for electronic equipment and other hardware systems. Determines design approaches and parameters, analyzes equipment to establish operational data, conducts experimental testing, and evaluates results. Common skills include analog, digital, and mixed-signal design; HMOS/MOS/CMOS; PLL; ADC; DAC; etc. * Develops deep expertise in a technical discipline. Applies prior experience and acquired technical knowledge to execute policies/strategies. * Possesses deep understanding of key business drivers; applies this understanding to one’s own work. Understands how one’s team’s work integrates with that of other teams and contributes to the broader area. * Exercises some judgment and can propose alternative solutions outside established parameters—but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to resolve straightforward tasks. Has access to necessary technical skills and analytical thinking to solve problems. Can draw upon multiple internal resources outside one’s own team to reach decisions. * A position at this level is typically an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills—or an early-career people leader capable of hiring and developing talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members. * Conducts research and customer interactions. **Basic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics. * 3–5 years of experience in PCB design. * Advanced English (continuous exposure to the language). * Experience in electronic component testing.
