**Job Description** **Workshop Manager** **Objectives** Oversee the proper use, preservation, and maintenance of GSE at the station level through planning and execution of preventive maintenance plans, and by analyzing root causes of failures requiring corrective maintenance work. **Areas of Responsibility** Maintenance Bay, Ramp, Maintenance Workshop **Job Responsibilities** **Maintenance Tasks and Appearance of Base and Ground Support Equipment (GSE)** Ensure completion of work orders in maintenance workshops. Maintain attendance records for personnel. Account for and fulfill the Annual Maintenance Plan. Monitor recurrence in requests for spare parts and consumables for GSE, with the aim of preventing potential fraud in spare parts purchased for vehicle or utility vehicle maintenance. Prepare technical and financial reports derived from such activities. Generate productivity indicators for personnel under supervision on a periodic basis (weekly and/or monthly). Distribute workload equitably. Balance workload. Inspect that performed tasks comply with GSE manufacturer specifications. Track procurement of spare parts and materials required for maintenance.
