**Workshop Manager**
**Objectives**
Oversee the proper use, preservation, and maintenance of GSE at the station level through planning and execution of preventive maintenance plans, and by analyzing root causes of failures requiring corrective maintenance work.

**Job Responsibilities**
**Maintenance Tasks and Appearance of Base and Ground Support Equipment (GSE)**
Ensure completion of work orders in maintenance workshops.
Maintain attendance records for personnel.
Account for and fulfill the Annual Maintenance Plan.
Monitor recurrence in requests for spare parts and consumables for GSE, with the aim of preventing potential fraud in spare parts purchased for vehicle or utility vehicle maintenance. Prepare technical and financial reports derived from such activities.
Generate productivity indicators for personnel under supervision on a periodic basis (weekly and/or monthly).
Distribute workload equitably. Balance workload.
Inspect that performed tasks comply with GSE manufacturer specifications.
Track procurement of spare parts and materials required for maintenance.
Create and review schedules for personnel under supervision.

\-Report any hazardous defects in vehicles and equipment, or deficiencies in existing safety measures, to their team leader / immediate manager.
\-Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed.
\-Exercise reasonable care for their own safety and for that of any other person who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.
