Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, contribute to improving the quality of life of millions of people. **Job Description** * Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipment of goods. * Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and compliance with company policies. * Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and reduce discrepancies. * Develop and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. * Collaborate with other departments to streamline supply chain operations. * Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and productivity metrics. * Manage equipment maintenance programs and coordinate necessary repairs. * Conduct periodic quality control checks to maintain product integrity. * Resolve any issues or conflicts arising within the warehouse team or with external partners. **Requirements** * 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management. * Proven experience in team leadership and performance improvement. * Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse management software. * Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management. * Experience in process improvement and implementation of efficiency measures. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control. * Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse environments
