**Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, Accounting or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 to 2 years in purchasing areas within **real estate or construction**. * Knowledge of acquisition of construction materials, maintenance services, or construction suppliers. **Knowledge and skills:** * Management of purchase orders and supplier follow-up. * Quotation of materials, services, and spare parts for real estate projects. * Basic knowledge of inventory, warehouse control, or material storage. * Proficiency with purchasing systems or ERP and Office Suite (Intermediate Excel, Word, Outlook). **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in managing purchase requisitions and purchase orders for real estate projects. * Request and compare quotations for materials, services, and suppliers. * Track orders and coordinate deliveries with suppliers and construction teams. * Maintain updated records of suppliers and purchase contracts. * Prepare periodic reports on purchases, expenses, and material control. * Collaborate with administrative, construction, and logistics departments to ensure availability of materials and services. **Personal competencies:** * Organization and planning to meet delivery timelines. * Attention to detail and responsibility in purchase documentation. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Proactivity and ability to resolve order or supplier issues. * Results-oriented and process efficiency.
