Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Technician for corrective and preventive maintenance, with solid knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and servers, performing on-site support and configuration activities in the gaming floor. Key Responsibilities: 1. Corrective and preventive maintenance of machines in the gaming floor 2. Installation and relocation of equipment 3. First-level incident response and documentation LEADING COMPANY IN THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY IS SEEKING: "Field Technician – Corrective & Preventive Maintenance" Solid knowledge of hardware and software, computer assembly, preventive and corrective maintenance, networks (LAN, WAN, switches, routers, etc.), servers, and peripherals. Basic electronics knowledge. Gender: Unrestricted 100% field-based work. Mandatory: Own vehicle (gasoline reimbursement and parking fee coverage provided); candidates who do not meet this requirement should not apply. Education: Engineering, Bachelor’s, or Technical degree in Computing, Systems, Informatics, or related fields. Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines in the gaming floor according to the work plan. Install, relocate, and move machines in the gaming floor as per activity schedules and layout updates. Respond to and document first-level incidents occurring in the gaming floor. Escalate and forward second-level incidents to the Contact Center department. Provide on-site support to departments requiring remote connection for machine configuration. Respond to departmental requests for data configuration or machine information retrieval in the gaming floor.
