Operate the forklift to move, stack, load, and unload materials, finished products, or supplies within the warehouse or plant, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards in handling goods. ### **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Operate the forklift safely and efficiently, following established guidelines. * Load and unload materials from trucks or shelves. * Transport products to designated areas (receiving, production, dispatch). * Ensure loads are properly balanced and secured. * Perform daily equipment inspections (oil levels, battery, tires, brakes, etc.). * Report any forklift malfunctions or defects to the supervisor. * Assist in organizing and cleaning the warehouse area. * Comply with industrial safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Record material movements in the system or control log. * Participate in physical inventories and warehouse audits.
