Purpose * Conduct shift change handover. * Receive the circuit team and ensure proper operational execution. * Accurately and efficiently plan daily routes and deliveries, and monitor their execution. * Dispatch local drivers for delivery assignments. * Ensure proper care and handling of merchandise. * Supervise correct loading of each driver’s cargo boxes onto their vehicle. * Monitor and supervise each driver’s daily routes. * Process and report any unreported missing or damaged boxes. * Counter service, documentation handling, and customer interaction.
