Position Summary: We are seeking a leader with experience in process design, continuous improvement, and team management for the manufacturing of wooden furniture and metal cabinets. Requirements: * Process design and implementation of new processes * Proposing and planning strategies to achieve results * Teamwork and building effective teams * Serving as a role model and contributing to the development of an organizational culture that promotes an optimal work environment * Leading teams with a shared vision and fostering skill growth * Implementing continuous improvement * Knowledge of Core Tools * Knowledge of lean manufacturing * Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD * Knowledge of time studies, takt time, downtime, etc. * Familiarity with industrial woodworking machinery * Knowledge of metal bending machines, laser cutting machines for metal, etc. * Handling customer complaints * Quality inspections * Process inspections * Valid visa * Valid driver's license * Standard vehicle operation * English proficiency: 100% * Flexible working hours Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
