




* **Job Description:** * Supervise the sales team and ensure achievement of monthly targets. * Develop strategies to attract new sellers, car lots, and individual customers. * Monitor lead flow in the CRM and ensure timely follow-up. * Oversee inventory control of consigned vehicles (physical and digital). * Authorize quotes, promotions, and sale prices according to company policies. * Monitor key control, contracts, and vehicle documentation. * Recruit, train, and evaluate the sales and operations team. * Maintain a positive, ethical, and results-oriented work environment. * Enforce internal regulations and resolve conflicts among sales staff. * Generate reports on income, expenses, commissions, and profitability. * Maintain physical and digital sales records. * Manage purchases, payments to suppliers, credit, and collections. * Invoicing. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years in managerial or coordination roles at automotive dealerships, car lots, or companies in the automotive sector. * Experience in sales, automotive financing, and management of sales teams. * Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm (schedule flexibility required) * **Desirable Knowledge:** * Knowledge of financing schemes, CRM, digital campaigns, leads, sales follow-up, and closing. * Vehicle registration procedures. * KPIs. * Personnel management. * Invoicing, basic accounting. * **Skills:** * Leadership and decision-making. * Assertive communication. * Organization, planning, and results orientation. * Conflict resolution. * High sense of responsibility. * Strategic focus and growth mindset.
