Job Summary: This role focuses on supervising, maintaining, and continuously improving test and diagnostic equipment to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for customer property identification and integrity. 2. Supervises and continuously improves test equipment performance. 3. Drives continuous improvement in test equipment and processes. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for customer property identification and integrity; ensure customer satisfaction is guaranteed * Supervises the activities of the test fixtures and test equipment and continuously monitors performance within the area of responsibility. * Monitors and controls the performance of existing testing equipment by properly documenting actions in the Test Engineering Formats, assessing effectiveness along with the Test Leader for FPY, false rejects. * Downtime and diagnostics/repair WIP. Maintains continually updated the Test Assets Inventory, Customer Property and Instruments, Company Property and Instruments, Golden Samples, Diagnostics Tools and Instrumentation, Spare Parts; the Test Engineer is responsible for the full life cycle of the assigned Test Assets. * Participates in Engineering Change Management, evaluates impact on Test Assets, and escalates to the Test Manager in case a major change is required or any software change is required to determine course of action for test-related ECO/ECN activities. * Assesses assigned Test and Diagnostics performance toward continual improvement; implements necessary training for the area of responsibility. * Drives process feedback with support of Test Manager and Program Manager on a daily basis. * Ensures maintenance, calibration, and validation schedules. * Drives process feedback along with the Quality Department. Implements continuous improvement on test equipment. * Performs capacity analysis for assigned Test Stations to identify current and future needs. * Validates safety and ergonomics for installed equipment. **Technical Skills** * Electronics/Electrical Engineer * 3+ years of experience supporting automated functional test equipment in terms of preventive and corrective maintenance. * 3+ years of experience supporting and enhancing high-precision fixtures. * 3+ years of experience supporting engineering solutions preferably under Visual Studio, Visual Studio NET, LabVIEW, and offline EEPROM/microcontroller programming. * Proficient hands-on experience in problem solving. * Strong experience in production release of new platforms, systems, and fixtures. **Specific Knowledge** * Test Systems Change Management, programming and debugging test equipment (FT, ICT). * Interpretation of electronic industry standard documentation, such as electrical schematics, BOM, Gerber files, and CAD. * Testing programming languages. (Recommended: Leonardo (SPEA), LabView, Visual C#, Visual Basic, etc.) * Definition and hands-on experience maintaining customized test fixtures (FT, ICT). * New Products Validation Process. * Test equipment validation methods, GRR, CPK. * Knowledge of PFMEAs, Control Plan, PPAP, 8D's, A3 Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Application Question(s): * Can you hold a conversation in English?
