We are hiring: Maintenance Technician (Técnico de Mantenimiento) Location: Mexico We are looking for a Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our production equipment through installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery, as well as providing support for plant facilities. Main responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery (especially Offset plate maker equipment). * Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical failures in a high-production environment. * Install, adjust, and maintain machinery and facilities. * Comply with safety regulations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Document and maintain maintenance and repair records. Profile we are looking for: * Equivalent certification in Mexico as Electrician, Industrial Mechanic, or similar. * Experience in manufacturing processes and high-volume production machinery. * Knowledge of Safety and Hygiene standards. * Proactive, technical attitude and team-oriented. * English B2 * Must have a U.S. visa/passport * Availability to travel Reports to: Manager, Manufacturing Engineering If you have technical experience and want to be part of a dynamic and growing environment, apply now and join our team!
