




The **payroll clerk** position is responsible for processing and managing a company's payroll, ensuring that all personnel receive their salaries and compensation correctly and on time. This role requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to avoid calculation errors or issues with labor and tax laws. · Process employee payrolls accurately and punctually. · Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including tax laws, wage and hour laws, and other payroll-related regulations. · Maintain accurate payroll records and data, including employee information, vacations, disabilities, Infonavit withholding notices, hires, terminations, settlements, and absences. · Timely resolve issues, discrepancies, and concerns related to employee payrolls. · Generate and maintain accurate payroll reports and analyses, providing information on payroll trends. · Manage payroll-related expenses and budgetary matters. · Provide training to employees as needed on payroll-related processes. · Generate, issue, and distribute the corresponding payroll CFDIs and deliver them to staff. · Calculate and review integrated salaries on a bimonthly basis for IMSS and Infonavit. · Prepare, review, and reconcile end-of-month reports for Accounting, as well as tax calculations (ISPT, 2% payroll tax, worker contribution withholdings, and 47% non-deductible exempt income accounting entry formula). · Prepare year-end bonus payrolls. · Prepare payrolls with annual ISPT calculation throughout the month of December. · Prepare annual wages and salaries declarations. · Prepare annual foreign salary declarations. · Prepare annual information for Infonavit. · Prepare information for IMSS audit certification.
