Working directly with the building maintenance area and SAP system implementation. 2\-. Coordinating and implementing building maintenance activities. 3\. Promoting, supporting, and monitoring professional and technical training development plans for maintenance personnel. 2\. Training, advising, and guiding staff, including onboarding new employees and creating opportunities for professional advancement. 3\. Fostering a teamwork culture, open communication, and collaboration that encourages constructive conflict resolution, unity, and success. 4\. Managing employee work schedules, including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations, PTO, overtime, and coverage for absences. 5\. Ensuring appropriate staffing levels to support production and facility needs. 6\. Providing regular team communication regarding policies, procedures, administrative updates, and performance expectations. 7\.
