a) Conduct inspections, tests, and measurements of materials, products, and facilities to verify compliance with required specifications. b) Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, as well as parameters established in the quality management system and procedures outlined in those clauses. c) Review customer requirements and ensure the product meets those requirements. d) Supervise production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards. e) Track and manage customer complaints. f) Analyze corrective actions required for nonconformities, both internal and external. g) Monitor personnel under supervision to ensure fulfillment of their responsibilities. h) Coordinate quarantine activities. i) Prepare routine scrap reports. j) Ensure availability of resources.
