CIVIL ENGINEER FOR THE POSITION OF URBANIZATION COORDINATOR (IN FIELD) We offer: * Base salary of 27,000 gross monthly (paid biweekly on the 13th and 28th of each month) * Statutory benefits * Food bonus of 8% * Savings fund of 10% * PTU (Profit Sharing) * Constant training and certifications * Professional development * Gasoline allowance * Utility vehicle Knowledge required: * Supervision of work performed by surveyors during the urbanization process. * Support in supervision of urbanization works such as earthworks, collectors, pipelines, natural gas, electricity, and cable TV. * Assistance in preparing weekly estimates. * Collaboration in material testing laboratory tasks. * Support in preparing laboratory test booklets for delivery to verifiers. * Coordination with various supervisors from Water and Drainage authorities and CFE. * Support in supervising warranty reports for urbanization works including public lighting, leaks, etc. * Experience in urbanization of mass housing projects. * In charge of supplying diesel to 3 Bobcats and 2 pumps, preparing consumption logs. * In charge of supplying necessary materials for maintenance of construction equipment.
