Job Summary: Molding Engineer responsible for plastic injection mold validation, establishment of process parameters, coordination of technical personnel, and process documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in mold validation and process parameter setup 2. Solid knowledge of scientific molding and resins 3. Coordination of technical personnel and setups Molding Engineer Job Responsibilities: • Validate plastic injection molds. • Establish process parameters for plastic injection molding machines. • Validate mold changes and verify that machine startups are performed correctly. • Create and/or modify documentation related to plastic injection molding machine processes. • Coordinate technical personnel for processes and setups. • Participate as a member of the NIPs team. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in mold validation and process parameter setup on molding machines. Solid knowledge of scientific molding. Engineering degree. Knowledge of resins. Familiarity with Hitian machines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Intermediate-to-advanced English (preferred). Work is 90% shop-floor based.
