Possesses skills in customer service, handling transportation documentation, route control, coordination with operators, and delivery follow-up. **Main Responsibilities:** · Issue shipping invoices on a daily basis. · Control shipping and delivery documentation. · Archive repair reports for tanks, tractors, or dollies. · Record and archive tractor reset checklists. · Weekly accounting of issued invoices. · Maintain operator inspection and trip logs. · Perform tractor resets. · Carry out and monitor accounts receivable on a daily basis. · Coordinate logistics and track routes. · Attend to operators. · Conduct monthly tire inspections for all units. · Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections. · Prepare reports and monitor key indicators. · Provide administrative support to corporate staff. · Search for and select suppliers based on the variety of products they offer. · Compile the supplier catalog according to location and purchasing conditions. · Manage purchase orders issued to suppliers. · Establish communication with internal and external clients. · Execute the procurement budget. · Perform controlled receipt of products delivered by suppliers. · Maintain accurate records of invoices and contracts. · Monitor and manage inventory entries and exits, as well as their registration. · Process returns of non-conforming products to suppliers. · Notify the Accounts Payable administrative department of invoices to be settled for each supplier. **Requirements:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
