Design, administer, and optimize corporate databases * Lead internal application development for areas such as Administration, Human Capital, Operations, and Accounting. * Coordinate end\-to\-end technology projects: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and follow-up. * Evaluate, select, and implement external technological solutions (SaaS, licenses, specialized platforms). * Design, administer, and optimize corporate databases, ensuring security, integrity, and scalability. * Ensure system integration (ERP, accounting systems, operational systems, and regulatory systems). * Define programming standards, documentation standards, and information security standards. * Manage technology vendors, contracts, licenses, and SLAs. * Supervise maintenance and updates of applications, databases, and technological equipment. * Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement. * Prepare and control the department’s budget, including ROI analysis. **Technical Requirements** * Web and/or mobile application development. * Database administration and design. * Software architectures and APIs. * Technology project management. * Evaluation and implementation of SaaS solutions. * Information security. * Knowledge of and experience managing computer networks. * Experience leading projects such as: * ERP * Software development * Software and hardware acquisition Employment type: Full-time Salary: $80,000\.00 \- $120,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Company phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Application question(s): * How many years of experience do you have leading software development teams? * Have you integrated systems such as ERP, accounting systems, or operational systems?
