Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing and implementing asset and property security programs to prevent risks and ensure legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Lead corporate security and loss prevention programs. 2. Coordinate surveillance systems, access control systems, and alarm systems. 3. Conduct investigations and vulnerability analyses. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- **GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for supervising and implementing property and asset security programs, safeguarding company assets against theft, fraud, industrial espionage/sabotage, and fire. Ensures company compliance with security policies, patrol and reporting requirements, and is responsible for implementing programs to prevent illicit activities and ensure compliance with legal requirements and EATON standards. Ensures implementation and functionality of security programs and processes, as well as corporate standards and policies. **PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** A. Plan, supervise, and coordinate installation of security surveillance systems such as CCTV, access control systems, alarms, perimeter alarms—including fire alarms—and maintain lock and key control. B. Ensure maintenance of CCTV and intrusion detection systems, access control systems, etc. C. Direct, coordinate, execute, and maintain annual Corporate Security programs. D. Conduct investigations related to fraud and/or actions leading to property-related incidents or violations. E. Perform and/or participate in vulnerability analyses and provide recommendations. F. Implement, coordinate, and maintain Loss Prevention Plans for vulnerable building areas. G. Coordinate Security Services in collaboration with the Zone Security Manager. H. Ensure security officer coverage for required operational positions. I. Provide security for special EATON events, as well as support in coordinating arrangements for corporate visits. J. Conduct special investigations to support Human Resources. K. Responsible for establishing appropriate communication channels or coordinating workshops with relevant law enforcement authorities for crime prevention and law enforcement application. L. Coordinate tasks and assignments with external security personnel and service providers. M. Provide guidance to employees on personal safety (through the communication program). N. Prepare reports required by supervisor in a timely manner. O. Supervise security personnel hiring processes. P. Use required PPE as necessary for operations. Q. Risk Analysis R. Emergency Response S. Ensure employees comply with safety standards. CC. This position serves as the primary authority for Management of Change related to MESH requirements. **Qualifications:** ------------------- **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (completed) * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role * Intermediate English proficiency * Strong expertise in physical security, loss prevention, accident investigation, risk assessment, and operation of high-risk equipment (cranes, forklifts) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Valid driver’s license * Ability to deliver training * Experience leading teams * Experience resolving investigations * Experience implementing and coordinating OEA and CT\-PAT * High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and commitment * Decision-making skills **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** -------------------------- \#LI\-MV1
