




Position Summary: Responsible for supervising and implementing physical security programs, asset protection, and risk prevention against theft, fraud, espionage, and fire. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the implementation of corporate security programs. 2. Conducts fraud investigations and vulnerability analyses. 3. Coordinates security services and manages emergency response teams. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- **GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for supervising and implementing physical security programs and protecting company assets by preventing theft, fraud, industrial espionage/sabotage, and fire. Ensures company compliance with security policies, patrol activities, and reporting; responsible for implementing programs to prevent illicit activities and ensure legal compliance and Eaton requirements. Ensures implementation and functionality of security programs and processes, as well as corporate standards and policies. **PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** A. Plans, supervises, and coordinates installation of security surveillance systems, such as CCTV, access control systems, alarms, perimeter alarms—including fire alarms—and maintains lock and key control. B. Ensures maintenance of CCTV and intrusion detection systems, access control systems, etc. C. Directs, coordinates, executes, and maintains annual Corporate Security programs. D. Conducts investigations related to fraud and/or actions resulting in property-related incidents or violations. E. Conducts and/or participates in vulnerability analyses and provides recommendations. F. Implements, coordinates, and maintains Loss Prevention Plans for vulnerable building areas. G. Coordinates Security Services in collaboration with the Zone Security Manager. H. Ensures coverage by security officers to staff required operational positions. I. Provides security for special Eaton events, as well as support in coordinating arrangements for corporate visits. J. Conducts special investigations to support Human Resources. K. Responsible for establishing appropriate communication channels or coordinating workshops with relevant law enforcement authorities for crime prevention and enforcement. L. Coordinates tasks and assignments with external security personnel and service providers. M. Provides guidance to employees regarding personal safety (through the communication program). N. Prepares required reports for supervisor in a timely manner. O. Supervises security personnel hiring processes. P. Uses required PPE as needed for operations. Q. Management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste (segregation, storage, and control). R. Compliance with environmental requirements: COA (SEMARNAT) and state reporting. S. Support for MESH, EMSE, ISO 14001, and BASC recertifications. T. Emergency Response Team management and membership in CSHMA (Health, Hygiene, and Environment Committee). U. Complies with company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements. V. Hazardous and non-hazardous waste handling: W. Primary authority for Management of Change (MOC) related to HSE. X. Ensures necessary equipment is available for security officers. Y. Ensures employees comply with safety standards. Z.
