Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations **Operations Supervisor for Telecommunications in External Plant (PE)** **Salary: 16,000 \+ 4,000 Bonus \= $20,000 monthly net** **Requirements:** * Education: Technical-Administrative * Intermediate Office suite proficiency * Knowledge of external and internal plant installations * Telecommunications **Responsibilities:** Operations Supervisor for Telecommunications in External Plant **Requirements:** * Education: Technician or Engineer in Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems, or related field. * Experience supervising external plant operations (fiber optics, copper, poles, conduits). * Ability to read construction plans and conduct field surveys. * Crew management and coordination of contractors. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area. * Basic proficiency in Office software and reporting management tools. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate technical personnel in the field. * Verify proper installation, maintenance, and repair of external plant infrastructure (fiber optic cabling, copper, poles, manholes, ducts, etc.). * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations during operations. * Review construction progress and report incidents to Operations Management. * Monitor usage of assigned materials, tools, and equipment. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and work results. * Track work orders and ensure timely and accurate completion. * Address and resolve technical issues in the field promptly. * Coordinate with contractors and suppliers as needed. * And other duties Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Company phone * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
