We are currently seeking talent with strong performance potential and energy capable of strengthening and creating the positive work environment we take pride in. **Education:** * Degree in Industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field (degree preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 2\-3 years in a similar position within the automotive industry * Experience managing and submitting PPAP (Production Part Approval Process). * Knowledge of pre-production, new product launches, and engineering changes. **Technical knowledge:** * Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC. * IATF 16949 and ISO 9001\ standards. * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints. **Languages:** * Intermediate to advanced English Skills: Results orientation and customer focus. * Organization and management of multiple projects. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Problem solving. * Attention to detail and adherence to processes.
