We pride ourselves in offering the highest level of quality, customer service, and tool design capability. **Job Responsibilities:** * Must always be punctual to avoid delaying the start of work in your area. * Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods. * Analyze failures of auxiliary equipment and injection machines. * Develop corrective solutions for tasks related to building machinery (compressors, chillers, and cooling towers). Develop continuous improvement projects. * Comply with preventive maintenance programs. * Comply with government and environmental regulations related to maintenance. * Identify opportunities in technology and automation to reduce total manufacturing costs. * Maintain your area according to safety rules and regulations. * Keep assigned equipment in optimal operating condition. * Perform tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager. * Analyze the root cause of the monthly top 5 issues to plan actions and reduce downtime. * Ensure adherence to the preventive maintenance plan. * Coordinate with planning the machine time required to execute preventive maintenance. **Competencies:** * Responsible for ensuring continuous operation of machinery and equipment. Proficient in using computer systems to monitor maintenance according to a plan. Involved in controlling the manufacturing of maintenance parts. * Basic knowledge of IATF/ISO * Knowledge of work equipment * Analyzes failures and seeks solutions * Knowledge of regulations * 3 years of experience with molding machines * Knowledge of high and low voltage systems * Degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or 5 years of experience in a similar position. * **Minimum English proficiency level of 80%.** Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
