




**Functions and responsibilities**: * Establish the arrangement of tools, gauges, and equipment at workstations. * Establish and implement work methods. * Conduct standard time studies and line balancing. * Design line layouts (lay out). * Develop work instructions for manufacturing process operations. * Supervise activities of multifunctional operators. * Responsible for tool inventory. * Maintain industrial safety measures for machinery, equipment, chemicals, etc. * Develop process flow diagrams and PFMEA for processes or new products. * Execute pilot runs and support the launch of new models. * Knowledge of quality system (IATF 16949\) ***Requirements:*** * Completed degree in Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as an industrial or manufacturing engineer. * Proficient in computer software (Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. ) * Teamwork skills. * Ability to design simple gauges. * Problem-solving skills. * Continuous improvement mindset.
