Visit clients with the public relations team to ensure operational quality. Validate vehicles, drivers, and assigned routes. Monitor vehicle maintenance to prevent emergencies. Address and resolve customer complaints within a maximum of 7 days. Coordinate weekly team meetings to implement improvements and address customer needs. Report relevant incidents to your immediate supervisor and the public relations department. Manage fuel supply coordination with the responsible department. Ensure each team member effectively fulfills their responsibilities.
