Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, contribute to improving the quality of life for millions of people. **Job Description** Responsible for all Environmental, Health and Safety matters for JuP1\. * Lead Improvement Projects/Initiatives on HSE and Plant level * Driver of JuP1 Strategic Sustainability Pillar * Coordinate Environmental, Health and Safety functions. + Water and CO2 processes + Air Emissions Program + Waste Management + Accident prevention programs + Health programs + Electrical Safety and Consumption Reduction Programs * Lead and support HSE Management Systems\-ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 * Responsible for the department budget \-HSE. * Administer all legal issues concerning the department \-Legal compliance according with Mexican law and corporate requirements * Compliance of corporate programs and requirements including JuP1 information on database and Sustainability program for CO2, Water Management and Safety KPIs * Lead external and government programs E.g., Clean Industry Certification, RBA, etc. * Coordinate corporate and External audits **Qualifications** * 5\+ yrs of experience in HSE related areas / processes * Mexican safety and environmental laws and regulations (Intermediate Knowledge) * Strong Problem Solving Skills * Strong Strategic and Situational Leadership * Crisis management and high sense of urgency * Assertive communication, change management capabilities * ISO 14001 (Advanced) * ISO 45001 (Advanced) **Additional Information** Bosch continuously expands its international presence, as for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
