Job Summary: We are seeking a Development Cost Analyst to support unit price analysis, calculation of construction volumes, and contract management for construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Opportunity for professional development and career growth. **At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **DEVELOPMENT COST ANALYST** **Responsibilities:** * Support preparation of unit price analyses for building, urban development, electrification, and public lighting. * Calculate construction volumes for building, urban development, electrification, and public lighting. * Review and verify that material and labor input prices are up-to-date and supported by appropriate documentation for budget integration. * Process cost estimates and change orders. * Support construction contracting activities as well as closing of completed construction contracts. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree * 1 year of experience in a similar role * Experience in unit price analysis * Knowledge of construction volume calculation * Control of cost estimates and change orders * Neodata, AutoCAD, Office * Enkontrol (Preferred) **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Professional development and career growth * Training programs
