Training programs to enhance your skills. **At Ruba, we do not only build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 best companies in Mexico.** **COST ANALYST (DEVELOPMENT)** **Responsibilities:** * Support the preparation of unit price analyses for building construction, urban development, electrification, and public lighting. * Calculate construction volumes for building construction, urban development, electrification, and public lighting. * Review and verify that material and labor input prices are up-to-date and supported by appropriate documentation for budget integration. * Process estimates and change orders. * Support the contracting process for construction projects, as well as the closing of contracts for completed projects. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree * 1 year of experience in a similar position * Experience in unit price analysis * Knowledge of construction volume calculation * Experience in estimate and change order control * Proficiency in Neodata, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office * Enkontrol (preferred) **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Professional development and growth * Training programs
