We operate at the center of an ecosystem working toward the precision of healthcare digitization, helping to boost productivity and improve outcomes for patients, providers, health systems, and researchers around the world. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement automation solutions for high-speed medical device manufacturing, ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP regulations. * Provide real-time technical support for automated systems, ensuring smooth operation in medical device production. * Lead initiatives to improve equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, and asset utilization in high-speed medical machinery. * Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, optimize machine performance, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). * Develop automation strategies that ensure long-term sustainability and operational efficiency. * Collaborate closely with biomedical engineers, quality assurance teams, and regulatory agencies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. * **Shift Support and Emergency Response:** Provide hands-on support across multiple shifts, including rapid response to critical production issues. * **Training and Documentation:** Train operators, technicians, and quality control teams on high-speed automation systems and best practices. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all automation solutions comply with medical device industry standards, including ISO 13485, FDA, and GMP certifications. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Experience in high-speed industrial automation, including PLC programming, robotics, motion control, and sensor technology. * Strong knowledge of TPM principles and OEE metrics in medical device manufacturing environments. * Ability to analyze and optimize real-time production data in high-demand environments. * Excellent problem-solving and fault diagnosis skills. * Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams in regulated healthcare environments. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in medical device automation, including cleanroom environments and sterile manufacturing. * Knowledge of Industry 4\.0 technologies, including IoT, AI-based automation, and predictive maintenance in the healthcare sector. * Advanced proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen\-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.). * Experience with SCADA systems for monitoring and control in the medical industry. * Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in medical device automation. * Familiarity with high-speed pharmaceutical packaging, filling, or assembly lines. * Ability to design and implement automated quality inspection systems for medical devices. * Strong analytical skills to interpret OEE data and improve processes in medical environments. * Experience integrating automation solutions with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and quality management systems.
