The main responsibilities of the Engineering Manager are: * Track deadlines and plan the introduction of programs in new product and process projects. * Coordinate with your team to meet deadlines. * Evaluate processes by developing control and improvement methods. * Preparation of PPAPs. * Coordination of pilot runs. * Creation of layouts as required. * Request tools, raw materials, and inks for new part numbers with special requirements. * Release new products to production for processing. * Develop time and motion studies for machinery and processes; develop improvement plans. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or incomplete degree in Industrial Engineering or related field * Knowledge of production processes. * Knowledge of ISO 9001\-2015 standard * Basic English and proficiency with measurement tools.
