




General Activities **Position Title:** Human Resources **Position Objective** Provide support in managing human resources processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, as well as assisting in the administration of certifications required for the customs agency’s legal operation. This position seeks a proactive individual willing to learn about talent management and certification regulations related to international trade. **Responsibilities and Functions:** * Basic knowledge of recruitment, selection, training, and personnel development processes. * Experience in file and document administration. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and labor regulations. * Basic proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, Human Resources management systems, and digital platforms associated with certifications). **Competencies:** * Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Strong interpersonal skills and internal customer service orientation. * Aptitude for learning new HR-related regulations and processes, as well as certification procedures. Requirements **Education:** Currently enrolled student or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. **Work Experience:** * HR: 2 years * Basic knowledge of international trade certifications is desirable but not mandatory (willingness to learn will be valued).
