Coordinate cross-functionally **Summary:** Support the design release process by reviewing drawings and product data for accuracy, maintaining bill of materials, coordinating with procurement and production, and assisting with logistics documentation to ensure clean and timely project execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review engineering drawings for completeness, consistency, and alignment with standards prior to release * Support BOM creation and validation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent * Assist in the release of jobs into production, confirming all required documentation is complete * Coordinate with procurement to verify material specs, lead times, and substitutions as needed * Work with production to resolve documentation gaps and clarify design details * Track and follow up on open items impacting release timelines * Maintain organized and up\-to\-date product data, drawings, and revisions * Support engineering change implementation and documentation updates * Support logistics with preparation and organization of import/export and customs documentation to ensure compliance and timely shipments **Success Metrics:** * Accuracy of released drawings and BOMs * Reduction in production errors tied to documentation * On\-time release of jobs to production * Timely and accurate preparation of logistics documentation * Responsiveness in resolving cross\-functional issues **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related field * 1\-2 years of experience managing engineering documentation and release processes * ERP Systems * Intermediate level of Excel * Google Workspace * Advanced English * US Valid Visa
