




**Requirements** * Education: university studies with a degree in accounting, finance, or related field. * Experience: previous experience in billing, preferably in the import and logistics sector. * Skills: advanced knowledge of electronic invoicing * Credit and collections * Advanced level in Excel usage. * Experience with billing in Contpaq Comercial system * Advanced analytical and synthesis skills *Extremely Important* * Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience. * Experience in billing procedures for foreign trade consulting and customs agency services (Desirable) **Activities.** * Review and validate the necessary information for issuing invoices. * Verify the accuracy of data and calculations on invoices. * Ensure compliance with legal requirements in invoices. * Coordinate the sending or delivery of invoices to customers. * Perform follow-up and control of pending payments and collections. * Resolve inquiries and claims related to billing. * Prepare reports and analysis on the billing process. * Manage and follow up on collection processes, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. * Prepare company reports regarding collections. * Collaborate with the accounting team in reviewing and reconciling accounts. **Functional Competencies** * Analytical * Team management * Leadership * Assertive communication * Numerical ability **Schedule** **Monday to Friday: 8:00am \- 6:00pm** Salary: Negotiable Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $1\.00 per month Work location: On-site position
