**What You’ll Do:** ----------------- **GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for driving Eaton’s Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) initiatives as the primary continuous improvement programs to identify, plan, and execute Operational Excellence initiatives. **KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Deploy ELSS strategy and provide support to ELSS tool and process owners to develop and execute continuous improvement plans aligned with plant-level ELSS and CIF strategies. * Support the CI Leader, tool and process owners during continuous improvement events—such as Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects—focused on on-time delivery metrics while reducing costs, inventory, and lead time. * Provide IC support to individuals identified as process owners. * Train team leaders, operators, and frontline personnel on foundational IC tools (5S+, VSM, Standardized Work, and PSK). * Collaborate and provide support, as needed, with other functional areas to ensure successful CI deployment. * Support and lead deployment of IC programs such as IDEAS, 5S+ Auditors, LPA, etc. * Lean Cost Out projects valued at approximately $100,000.00 USD. **Requirements:** --------------- **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.). * Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing systems and process improvement. * Analytical ability and understanding of problem-solving tools/methods and goal-setting processes. * Strong communication skills and verbal fluency. * Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels. * Must be able to work through others to achieve results (relationship building and influence). * Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office tools. * Basic English proficiency: ability to read and draft simple emails and reports.
