




**Company Description** **Grupo Tress Internacional** is a Mexican company with over 30 years of experience, specializing in technology solutions for Human Resources and Payroll management. **Job Description** * Visit client companies in Reynosa to ensure the proper functioning of the Tress System. * Provide on-site technical support, training, and personalized technical assistance. * Identify areas for improvement in software usage and propose consulting solutions. * Accompany clients in resolving incidents related to the system. * Coordinate actions with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Reside in Reynosa. * Completed university degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field. * Personal vehicle and availability to conduct visits within the area. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of SQL. * Interest in and experience with customer service. **Additional Information** * 100% base salary and direct employment with Grupo Tress Internacional. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. * Training in technology and Human Resources processes. * Work tools and transportation support. **Additional Benefits:** * Grocery vouchers. * Major Medical Expenses and Life Insurance. * Savings Fund. * Performance Bonus. * Additional days off beyond statutory requirements.
