Description and details of activities * Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for electronic products manufactured at the Juarez facility in alignment with customer specifications. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including Engineering, Engineering Production, Production, Program Management, Supply Chain/Warehouse and Quality Assurance to ensure effective integration of testing processes into the product life\-cycle. * Design, develop, and maintain automated test systems and equipment to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency. * Conduct thorough analysis of test results and provide timely feedback to relevant stakeholders, including recommendations for process improvements and corrective actions. * Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to test equipment, software, and product performance, and implement appropriate solutions. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations governing product testing, including ISO, IPC, and customer\-specific requirements. * Participate in new product introduction (NPI) activities, including testability reviews and validation testing, to ensure seamless transition from design to production. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing test methodologies, reducing test cycle times, and enhancing overall product quality. * Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during testing operations, including training on test procedures and equipment usage.
