




Under direct supervision, provides assistance to manufacturing engineers in evaluating and implementing changes in documents and processes; participates in projects for the improvement and optimization of resources; generates documentation related to manufacturing processes such as flowcharts, work instructions, and visual aids; participates in prototype runs, new product introductions, and product transfers. And all administrative activities required to carry out the function. Prepares, updates, and submits for approval manufacturing process documentation (WI, AV, exams, traveler sheet, check list, etc…) Time studies and support for line balancing. Data collection. Preparation of facilities for production. Participates in verifying product manufacturability. Supports identifying requirements (space, supplies, facilities, equipment, and machinery), layout changes, time studies, and implementation of engineering changes. Trains trainers. General support to production. Education and Experience Required Technical degree in production systems or high school diploma; student or incomplete college degree preferably in industrial engineering or similar field (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Electromechanical, Systems) 60% English proficiency desirable Technical drawing.
