JOB DESCRIPTION position SUMMARY This is an on\-site hybrid role based out of Juarez, MX. Reporting to the Director of Category Management Logistics, the Logistics Sourcing Manager will lead Mexico\-focused sourcing initiatives, execute logistics projects, and drive year\-over\-year cost improvements. Key activities include analyzing spend and pricing data, consolidating negotiations, selecting and managing suppliers, negotiating agreements, improving supplier performance, leading workshops and kaizens, and tracking project savings. This position is part of a team that manages approximately $240 million annual logistics spend and will be responsible for implementing logistics strategies across all transportation modes and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance value and sustainability in the supply chain.
