Job Summary: We are seeking a Nurse to provide first aid, conduct medical examinations, and monitor occupational health for employees in the maquiladora industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide first aid to sick and/or injured employees. 2. Conduct medical examinations and maintain clinical record files. 3. Smith focuses on new product development, global expansion, and strategic partnerships. **Primary Responsibilities** * Provide first aid to sick and/or injured employees in accordance with established procedures and in compliance with the Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System and the Internal Work Regulations (IWR). * Conduct medical examinations for new hires, special cases, and routine check-ups. * Maintain clinical records for employees assigned to the designated area or department. * Support the physician during employee medical consultations. * Conduct food handling audits in the cafeteria service. * Monitor employees on medical leave to ensure timely return to work. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the maquiladora industry. * Knowledge of and ability to apply occupational health, first aid, and CPR principles. * Knowledge of and ability to apply ergonomics, industrial safety, and hygiene principles. * Proficiency in record management and file organization. * Excellent service-oriented attitude.
