Summary: Coordinate activities and follow up on strategies to achieve key performance indicators or objectives related to: Cost (Cost), Delivery (Delivery), Quality (Quality), People (People), Safety (Safety), Environment (Environment). Ensure execution of activities that keep casting molds available for use in production, provide support in activities interacting with the operation of casting molds. Responsibilities: * Prepare attendance reports for personnel. * Comply with company standards and procedures. * Identify training needs and train personnel. * Establish and promote improvement ideas to meet key performance indicators. * Responsible for preparing the risk assessment form (RAF – Risk Assessment Form) for the Mold Shop process. * Maintain casting molds available for aluminum ingot production. * Maintain established documentation for control and management of molds and casting accessories. * Maintain 6S and safety standards as defined by departmental goals. * Control inventory of molds, spare parts, and equipment used in the area. * Ensure equipment operates according to process specifications. * Conduct mold handling control. * Monitor equipment failures and repairs. Qualifications: * Completed professional degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics). * English language proficiency: 70% (written and spoken). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience establishing and managing preventive maintenance for molds. * Knowledge of maintenance processes. * Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies. * Proficiency in MS Office and preventive maintenance software.
