**Job Summary: SOC Analyst** Responsible for safeguarding information across infrastructure, applications, and proprietary security processes. This includes proactive monitoring and remediation of security incidents related to SOC tools, processes, and activities, as well as providing recommendations for continuous improvement. **Essential Functions and Responsibilities.** * Provides support in implementing and managing security initiatives. * Conducts security risk analyses, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities, and assessing their potential impact on the organization. * Contributes to developing, implementing, and monitoring risk mitigation plans to address identified security risks and ensure continuous improvement of our security compliance posture. * Maintains and updates the organization’s security risk matrix, ensuring it remains current and aligned with the evolving threat landscape. * Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate security risk management best practices into operational processes. * Participates in the annual review of security policies, procedures, and controls. Contributes to preparing security and risk management reports and presentations, offering recommendations to support decision-making. * Supports members of the proprietary security team as required, developing and sharing information to ensure security vulnerabilities and threats are effectively addressed and remediated. **SQF** * Actively participates in food defense inspections. * Reports any incident that jeopardizes product safety or quality. **C-TPAT/OEA** * Ensures compliance with C-TPAT and OEA standards and requirements. * Ensures proper implementation of facility inspection procedures and material entry/exit protocols. * Responds to reports of any incident threatening the physical security of facilities or materials. * Controls security seals for shipments. * Enforces access restrictions to designated plant areas. **Education and Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field. * English language proficiency (70%). * Database management knowledge. * Advanced Excel and Power BI skills. Knowledge of C-TPAT/OEA programs (desirable).
