The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating architectural, structural, and installation drawings, construction details, and technical documentation for housing projects. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of detailed Executive Residential Projects with high-level construction details. * Design and propose improvements to architectural projects, design of Model Home Modules and Guardhouses. * Development of technical specifications and material selection. * Compliance with construction regulations and standards. * Ensure the executive project is delivered to budgeting and construction departments for approval and implementation. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture. * Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in executive project development (specializing in residential projects). * Design of installations and preparation of executive projects. * Knowledge of standards and regulations for residential design and structure. * Experience with Enkontrol. * Proficient in software (VRay \- Lumion \- AutoCad \- SketchUp \- CivilCad \- Revit \- Photoshop). * Conceptual development. * Experience in preparing cadastral plans. * **Competitive salary** * **Immediate availability** Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site
