Collect statistical information on contractors per location to conduct operational analysis. Ensure compliance with target costs for assigned fronts to contribute toward achieving the company’s goals. Carry out business model acquisition management with strategic partners through a win-win relationship, implementing the Contractor Development Model tools. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position * Experience managing contractors and suppliers * Experience with unit prices, costs, and estimates * Knowledge of construction processes * Basic knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT), VAT (IVA), and Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) * Proficiency in Office, Enkontrol, Neodata, AutoCAD * Negotiation skills * Leadership skills **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Training programs
