Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to provide operational support, ensure equipment operation, perform quality inspections, and adjust CNC machinery in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational support and equipment operation assurance 2. Quality inspections and CNC machine adjustment 3. Implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement Responsibilities: Provide support to operational processes within the department. Ensure proper operation of equipment, tools, and materials. Conduct wheel inspections (pre-release and in-process) according to quality standards. Operate and adjust machinery for model changes, ensuring correct setup. Prepare and verify programs, tools, and fixtures according to project requirements. Execute model changes and ensure in-line part release. Replace tools or inserts as necessary. Report failures, follow up on pending items, and ensure effective shift handover. Implement corrective actions and contribute to continuous improvement and departmental KPIs. Ensure compliance with quality, production, safety, and 5S standards. Comply with organizational policies, regulations, and procedures. Requirements: Preferred: Technical diploma in machine tools or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in CNC programming within the automotive industry. Knowledge: Proficiency in measuring instruments and geometric tolerances. CNC programming.
