Supports administrative and operational projects RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the executive's schedule, meetings, and appointments. Handle phone calls, emails, and internal/external communications. Prepare reports, presentations, quotations, meeting minutes, and various documents. Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and logistics for internal events. Organize and safeguard physical and digital documentation. Follow up on tasks assigned by management. Assist with procurement activities, expense tracking, and basic invoicing. Manage correspondence and courier services. Support administrative and operational projects as required by the department.
