Opportunity to develop management and customer service skills We are currently searching for an Operational Supervisor in the field of Private Security, with experience in high-turnover workforces, supervising over 200 personnel, background in Asset Security operations, and accustomed to working under performance-driven and high-pressure conditions. The professional we seek must be available for full-time employment, have experience in service-oriented companies and problem resolution, hold a minimum of two years’ academic or professional experience in this field, regularly submit reports to superiors, and possess excellent diction and internal/external customer service skills. You must demonstrate a positive attitude, proactivity, decision-making capability, personnel management skills, ability to manage and improve workplace climate, receptiveness, empathy, respectfulness, and attentiveness. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring effective task execution. * Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. * Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, formulating risk reduction strategies. * Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to security violations or incidents. * Serve as liaison with law enforcement, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. * Train and educate security personnel on emergency response protocols and plans. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and security breaches, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience in a security supervision role, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. * Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security will be highly valued. * Clean criminal record and ability to pass an extensive background check. * Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties such as standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.
