Aggregation of data for statistics and significant events **DISPATCH SUPERVISOR** **Requirements:** * Education: Technical or professional degree in emergency management, public safety, or related field. * Gender: Not specified * Age: 28 years or older **Responsibilities:** * Supervise, in real time, compliance with handling and dispatch procedures for calls routed through the 9-1-1 emergency line. * Notify the immediate supervisor of information generated from significant incidents, adhering to established procedures and reporting incidents occurring during the shift. * Transmit orders, messages, and necessary information to personnel assigned to the monitoring area. * Track information recorded in the CAD system and follow up on reported operational incidents during service hours. * Aggregate data for statistical purposes. * Consolidate information derived from handling significant events. * Support complementary activities within the department to contribute to its objectives. * Maintain and properly use assigned tools and equipment required for operational performance. **Experience:** * Basic knowledge of law. * Verifiable and current technical expertise in emergency management and/or comprehensive risk management. * General knowledge of computer system operations. * Basic understanding of local and federal regulations. * Keyboard proficiency. * Proficiency in data processing software. **We Offer:** * Salary: $20,850 gross * Contract type: PROFESSIONAL FEES * Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts **Shift rotation availability is mandatory** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $20,850.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
