Job Description Develop, propose, and implement Optimization and Innovation initiatives to elevate the company’s productivity level, operational control, and customer service—by identifying opportunities for improvement across administrative and operational processes (receiving, warehousing, material supply, sequencing, kits and/or sub-assemblies, shipping and/or transportation), utilizing Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies, grounded in robust data analysis for project development. Where necessary, existing data may be classified according to availability and reliability to determine project development and delivery timelines. Key performance indicators include site savings targets and improvements in operational KPIs. Layout, labor, and transportation design; execution of efficient designs; Master File development; flow design; ramp capacity analysis; development of innovative project ideas; team management; teamwork with internal customers; participation in FMEA; Process Mapping/IT validation; adherence to design/SHE standards; support in Business Case & Cost Model development; transparent change management; Optimization and Innovation projects delivered on target.
