Facilitate collaboration among roles and functions. **PLAYFUL BUSINESS INNOVATION CONSULTING** We have transformed our clients’ products and services for over 15 years. **We are looking for: SCRUM MASTER** **Remote — occasional office attendance required, 1 or 2 times per month / Monterrey, NL** **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master * Experience leading developer teams * Experience as an Agile Coach or related training/courses * Experience leading agile transformation and Scrum adoption processes within organizations * Experience in IT-related projects **Job Responsibilities:** * Create and maintain conditions for success * Train the team to remain focused on its objectives and deliver on them * Facilitate close collaboration among all roles and functions * Motivate and support teams to improve their productivity * Manage necessary follow-up, control, and progress sessions for project execution * Manage and monitor risks, issues, and changes that may arise during the project * Create and submit status and progress reports * Send meeting minutes with agreed actions * Communicate progress based on results * Deliver presentations to various company levels * Use various charts or metrics to measure project progress or status **Knowledge Requirements:** * Agile methodologies **WE OFFER:** * Excellent base salary * Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, year-end bonus) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $46,000.00 – $50,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Are you from the state of Nuevo León?
