Customer training on support usage **Responsibilities**: * Maintain the configuration designed for the customer * Verify that no files exist outside the customer's configuration * Assemble equipment and collect goods * Create tickets immediately upon providing on-site or remote support * Perform physical maintenance every three months on loaned equipment * Deliver equipment * Install IRC for partner customers and label the identifier * Train customers on how to request support **Requirements**: * Experience in customer service * Completed technical high school education * Advanced knowledge of Windows * Knowledge of software and hardware * Personal vehicle and valid driver's license preferred **Conditions**: * Salary $12,000 * Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 18:00, and Saturday half-day remote * Work location: Chapalita Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: Starting from $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
